Google Toolbar 6 beta
March 12, 2009

Get ready for Google Toolbar 6 new cool features. When there’s beta available from some company, usually it means that won’t work very nicely. But, Google is difference in this. Toolbar works fine, new features are usefully and after 5-days of active use there’s hasn’t been even single crash. This is with newest IE in VISTA. Sadly, there’s no Google toolbar for Google Chrome.

When you install this new toolbar you can see a nice Google button just next to Windows VISTA button. There are shortcuts to start web search, search application to start from your computer and more. Button is not very colorfully, which is a very good thing. Otherwise it would go away from my desktop. Now it can stay because it’s design. And of course, you can disable the Google quick search box if you don’t need it.

Page rank and gadgets etc. seems to work just like before so go ahead and start beta testing for Google toolbar just by using it. Got to love free applications!
